Bistro Sågen

An archipelago bistro on Svartsö serving locally-sourced cuisine with meat from its own farm and vegetables from the garden.

The goats, hens and ducks on the bistro's own farm supply the meat, and the vegetables come from its gardens. It's near the Skälvik jetty on the south side, and you can even book a guided goat walk that ends with fika.
