Storsand Beach
One of the longest sandy beaches in the Stockholm archipelago, on the Nåttarö nature reserve, with sand dunes behind it.
Storsand means big sand, and the beach lives up to its name. Nåttarö's sheltered shores are also good for birdwatching, so pack binoculars along with the picnic. Getting here takes a commuter train to Nynäshamn, then the ferry.
