A celebrated smokehouse restaurant on Fjäderholmarna specializing in cold- and hot-smoked archipelago delicacies: salmon, shrimp, herring and bleak roe. Open seasonally from April to October.

The kitchen cooks with its own smoked fish, and you can eat on the piers looking out over the archipelago. Leave room for the dessert room, where everything is made on site. It's right by Stora Bryggan, the big jetty.
